The guesthouse is centrally located. Very convenient for exploring Weimar. Nicely furnished room and bathroom. Comfortable and clean. Great shower. No airconditioning, just a ceiling fan. Given that the windows open to outdoor restaurants and the market square it was pretty warm and noisy at night. Airconditioning would have helpful. Communication was mostly online, but staff was available for questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Weimar.
The hotel and staff are friendly and very helpful and the facilities are well-maintained and clean. The location cannot be beat. Very close to the Ilmpark for running, strolling, or biking and literally around the corner from the Schloss and the Anna-Amalie-Bibliothek.

The staff unbelievably warm and inviting, caring and supportive. Small things made a big difference. They were apple sitting out, water, tea terrorist to sit on and always a staff member asking if they can help it was such a pleasant and relaxing. Stay that I wish I could've stayed longer.
The hotel is beautiful and very convenient. We asked for an upgrade to a larger room and received it for a surcharge. We loved the hotel. Parking was a little inconvenient--about a block away for a charge of 8.50 per 24 hrs. Good internet connection. Nice breakfast, but somewhat pricey (not included). Minor annoyance: at checkout the credit card machine wasn't working and we had to pay in cash. That meant going and finding an ATM and returning to pay.
The hotel is very lovely, with comfortable beds and a great breakfast. The hotel personnel is very friendly and forthcoming. All museums of interest are walkable, and so are wonderful restaurants.
This is an amazing apartment in Weimar, which is such a great and little known (outside of Germany) gem of a city. The architecture, history and dining is top tier, only the Weimar University Library is a modern, brutalist eyesore.
