"Room was spotless and we had a free upgrade on arrival ,which was amazing !!!! Staff were all very friendly and polite .Very attentive too! The hotel itself is amazing ! There’s so much there you don’t need to leave it! All spotlessly clean and very well maintained ! Evening entertainment was excellent always live music at 830.The bands we saw were all excellent and really got the crowd involved"

From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff, from the reception desk to housekeeping, was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team answered all our questions with patience and warmth. Special thanks to Ana at reception for her cheerful attitude, excellent support, and great advice, which truly made a difference in our stay. We also greatly appreciated Caterina, who organized our excursions and recommended wonderful places to dine; her suggestions were spot on. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and are already planning to return next year for a longer stay at this same hotel. Highly recommended!"
