When booking, we didn't realize that the property was on such a rocky beach, but there is a beautiful beach a short dive away, which the hotel will bring you to and pick you up from. If your looking for a non resort laid back experience I would highly recommend Sebastian's. While there is nothing fancy about it, my room was spacious and comfortable with good service. The staff was superb - Nicole and Imani in particular (and Amanda at Rhythm and Sand). The room was clean (most important) but also spacious and light and nicely done. The views are spectacular - loved the deck and swinging chairs. We’ll be back.

The Heritage Inn was a dream come true for our honeymoon stay. The staff members are incredible and the view is breathtaking!!! And our meals at the Bananakeet were top notch - the ahi tuna is a must! We will no doubt stay at the Heritage Inn for all our future trips to the BVI.

I laugh reading the poor reviews of this place. If you are this nuts and can’t enjoy Lambert, the islands aren’t for you. Also, have some sympathy, less than two years ago the entire island chain was DESTROYED in Irma, the turnaround and renovations at Lambert are phenomenal.
The large, nearly private beach is draw enough. It’s in a sleepier part of town, and the property was quiet, all you could hear was the ocean. Having said that, definitely budget accordingly for taxi’s into Road Town....
