"First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. "

"Located beside the main road. Self sustain with a aircon food court below the hotel, food was good. Bad side is that u need to be driving else there is nothing around."

"Great place to stay "

"The hotel is in a new development that is NOT where the link bring to. The hotline takes you to a mall that is about 10' drive to the hotel. The hotel has no phone, and no street address recognizable by a GPS. Fortunately we found someone who recognized the picture of the hotel and sent us there. "Hotel located to shopping mall, not far from airport"

"Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. The resort offers and train/boat ride through the property, which is beautiful and loads of fun. The waterpark has a couple of fun slides. The waterfall hike is a must and I also enjoyed the first and second nature walks. It offers round trip transportation to Lumbur Hills National Park for 10 ringgit each way if you don’t...

"Clean room - but nothing like the pictures featured on their advertising. A small bolt was the only security to the outside of the building/balcony and looked over a secluded car park, so felt a little vulnerable. Staff were friendly and easy to get a grab to restaurants/ central Miri."

"Ensure to put more Health and Safety label like mind your step around the bed frame."

"CLEAN ROOM...VERY HELPFUL STAFF...GOOD CENTRAL LOCATION..."

"there was no one there! i waited for 4 hours then went to another hotel"

"For the price, this place is good value if you are looking for a quick overnight place to shower and sleep. Convenient location. Lots of food places, mini marts and other basic needs within a minute's walk. Old and run down but good value. Friendly staff."

"Two sets of stairs to climb with suitcases to reach room entrance "
