However, the standing shower continuously produces a small puddle that we have to clean up every time. Also, the included breakfast buffet is just all right, but nice to have. The bell manager, Joel, is a true professional. Big props to him and the crew."

"Convenient location, but needs improvement. There is no designated drop-off area. You get dropped off from the street, so it’s a bit unsafe. And there were cockroaches. The staff were friendly and courteous."

"I stayed here for two nights and it was fit for purpose. The location isn’t great but it is centric. I walked around as late as 2:30 am, lots of people sleeping on the streets nearby (not at the hotel block but a few blocks away). Very busy area which makes it safe. Great staff and spacious room. Overall convenient"

"Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

"Door handle break from inside. Can’t get any help there’s no phone inside room or intercom to call to get some help. Been up all night till check out the next day at 2pm to get notice it’s so scary to be in that situation. About safe at all "
