"What a gem of a hotel. From start to finish the staff makes a stay here effortless luxury. We felt enormously welcome from the check in to housekeeping to the bellmen, valet, and personal assistants. You could really tell everyone was working together as a team and it made for an incredible guest experience. The decor is breathtaking and the flowers all over make it feel like spring inside. The location is ideal for Dusseldorf and don't miss the excellent gym, pool, and spa area. Definitely...

"The room was small but very clean. The building itself has a few years on the neck, but the bathroom in my room was spotless. The breakfast was also very good. I especially liked the scrambled eggs.
