"I stayed at Best Western Plus Parque 93 for 2 nights and had a really great experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, which made the stay feel very welcoming from the start. The included breakfast was a highlight — a wide assortment of fresh fruits, vegetables, juices (including detox options), coffee, eggs, cereals, and all kinds of breads. There’s something for everyone, and it’s all well presented. The hotel itself is very clean, including both the rooms...

"Great location. Recently remodelled and not ready for guests. Excellent staff at front desk (no English spoken), excellent housekeeping. Very Poor management. No manager to be found. Many things not working: no television, minimum kitchen in suites. No heat whatsoever: Bogota is often cold and heat is needed. Breakfast staff is good but breakfast minimal and poor: no cut fruit, no cereal or milk, no yogurt, no butter. NOT a good breakfast as advertised. "
