The room was better than expected, very clean, all amenities (coffee, TV, wine glasses), the bathroom was very clean as well. We also had a nice balcony with a view of the river. The inn is very basic, it is not cozy, but has everything you need.
We stayed here for 1 night because we wanted to see the whale watching the next day. Perfect location. It was only 1 hour from the hotel to the whale watching site. Easy nice drive.
The hotel is well-kept and the staff was friendly and great. The room was clean and the area is quiet and safe. We slept well.
We also had a dinner reservation at Chez Truchon. Very famous restaurant in the Michelin guide. It is 1 minute walk from our hotel room, basically next door. Great service and food....
This was a great hotel/spa to stay at the room, bathroom, hallways and lobby were extremely clean and relaxing. The staff at the desk was friendly and didn’t have to wait long for assistance. We only stayed 1 night but I would definitely go back!
Comfortable room on the 3rd floor with updated furnishings and a lovely bathroom. Do be careful about the dormers to not smack your head!
Note that parking is shared with the restaurant (book ahead, the food is great!), so if you are arriving back late the lot may be full. However, we never had any issues.

My spoken French is very poor so I really appreciated the attendant’s help while checking in. The hotel was quiet. Access to the parking lot was also very helpful
The main building with restaurant have so much character, felt like a B&B. The dining area had a beautiful view of the St; Lawrence with a classic European style continental breakfast. Our room was in the motel-style building with a deck right on the water -great sunsets! Room was clean but could use updating.
