"Do not be put off when you pull into the rear carpark. This hotel is a gem with clean rooms, a good breakfast and a corner whirlpool bath to die for. Be aware if you are in the upstairs room in the main building the stairs extremely steep. But the room is worth it."

"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"Very nice apartment and excellent for families. Nice view towards the lake and castle. Some issues with the self service part since no staff was available but other than that absolutely recommendable."
