This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. "The dinner buffet has so many delicious options and such high quality food that you should make it a priority to eat there. The hotel is definitely of the era in which it was built but I think that adds charm. The hotel does provide a free shuttle bus to the sapporo train station. If I come back to sapporo I highly expect to stay there again."
