Mall next door, walkable with covered bridge are extra pluses. Pool and spa spaces are wonderful for families as well as adults. Convenience store in bldg is also helpful for wants/needs, and it even sells raw meats in small pkgs. No laundry detergent provided in unit, but avail in large bag in store."

"My wife and I had a great stay, the room was spacious, the shuttle from the hotel to IOI is very convenient and run every hours, the breakfast selection is great. BTW, Thanks to FO team(include the ballman on that day) assisting me regarding our luggage and transportation inquiry, F&B team, Mr Zainol(Maintenance Mgr) for brief conversation about the hotel. We enjoy our stay and we definitely will come back. "

"I stayed 11 days. It's in a quiet residential area. Restaurants are near by. Super market are within walking distance as well. High rise building with security guards to feel safe. "

"No lift,only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet.And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type.The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."
