"Our stay at the Om Shanti Patnem was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers direct beach access, outside dining and drinks, with a diverse menu. Beach lounge chairs are available for all guests. The staff is outstanding. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The little shopping areas around the hotel were quaint and reasonably priced. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance of Om Shanti. Taxi and Tuk Tuk stands are close by. "

"Me and my friend with our spouse and kids stayed in Hitide resirt for 3 Nights. Right from check in process to room readiness, car parking, food and room ambience everything was just excellent. Rooms are very clean, resort is beach facing... we enjoyed our breakfast in a swa facing restaurants within the resort. "Had a lovely stay in January for a week, the room was adequate for our stay, a comfortable bed, tv (if you like to watch tv), a/c and fan a balcony. The room is a bit small but wasn’t a problem the bathroom has hot water and good shower. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation lots of bars and restaurants around. I needed some washing doing when we arrived which Manjay (manager) sorted and was at hand for anything else needed. We liked Palolem and Sand Tent resort so much we’ve already...

"This is my second stay in Palolem Beach Resort. Last time we were in the big deluxe garden bungalow but it was far from beach. This time we actually booked Cuba Premium Bungalows but due to pandemic setback and Coastal Regulations that was closed. Hotels. Com did a quick full refund of our payment and also suggested amicably that now Palolem Beach Resort has been taken over by the same proprietary and managerial group, so we went there and made a booking.
