"Our stay at Lotte Arai Resort was nothing short of magical — truly a winter wonderland experience from start to finish. One of the standout conveniences was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the station. It made arrival and departure completely seamless and stress-free, especially when travelling with winter gear. From the moment we stepped onto the shuttle, everything felt easy and well-organised. We opted for the full board package, and it was absolutely worth it. The variety and quality of food across all meals were fantastic, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Every meal felt like something to look forward to after a day in the snow. Speaking of which — the resort itself is perfectly set up for snow lovers. With direct access to snow activities, everything is right at your doorstep. No long commutes, no hassle — just step outside and you’re instantly immersed in the alpine experience. Whether you’re skiing, exploring, or simply soaking in the scenery, it truly feels like you’re in a postcard. The rooms were another highlight: spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect place to relax and recharge. The entire property is immaculately clean, which really adds to the overall sense of quality and care. What really elevates the experience, though, is the staff.
