"Amazing place to see the sights of Chicago. Literally right across from the Bean. The staff was phenomenal and the room was spotless. The bed quality was top notch, as was the room service. Only quibble was that the shower dial was a bit faulty and would not stay at the desired setting makin the water hotter than we wanted. Other than that our experience was excellent. Highly recommended!!"

Staff was helpful from the time we booked (I had a question about renting a car locally on a holiday weekend and the concierge helped me with reservations) until they got us a cab when we checked out. Great location, offered a room with a view, helped out with suggestions of what to see in our limited time. Highly recommend!!"
