My wife and 10-month-old baby stayed here for four nights on holiday from the United States. This was the end of our trip traveling through the UK and we were very happy with our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, the rooms were nice, and the staff were very friendly. Although there were two fire alarms that went off out of the hotel's control, they responded very promptly and made sure all customers were taken care of. Great hospitality and very welcoming!!!

We arrived early and I asked the front desk person if they could hold our luggage. To our shock, she checked us in early and we were able to go to our room. The hotel is convenient to the train station, shopping, and there is a theatre across the street. We opted to eat in the hotel restaurant and the food, drink, and service was all exceptional. We arrived after a long transatlantic flight and requested an early check-in. No hotel will guarantee this but the Hilton staff worked hard to accomodate us. It was wonderful and much appreciated. It is an easy walk into central Glasgow. Staff were universally pleasant and helpful. Food in the relaxed bar and restaurant areas was excellent and we especially enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast. The Hilton is now our go to hotel in Glasgow.
