"July 30 2024: Property is pretty new and has a decent dining place for 15-20 people. Rooms have the necessary amenities though could not find Electric Kettle to prepare tea/coffee. Room was clean and tidy before check-in which was great experience. Property is near the Hyderabad(Telangana) airport and very much accessible via road. Transport to the airport and city is ample. At the moment road to property is not great as it was filled with rainwater when I checked in. Looking forward for...

"They couldn't find my reservation and initially refused to let me in stating that they don't have any rooms. Eventually after a long wait I was checked in as a favor. The room was noisy, dreary and filthy. Towels provided were stained and stiff like pancakes. Hot water was inadequate for a shower. There was a bright red light on the ceiling lit all the time and couldn't be turned off. Though Hotels.com web page states a 'free airport shuttle' they charged me for it. Credit cards were not...

"1. Wrong info about property online 2. Dirty beds, dirty sheets, dirty pillows 3. Bathrooms are worst with no cleanliness 4. No breakfast even though advertised free breakfast 5. No gowels in room, no redriderator or any amenities in suite room. Horribly disappointing. Just FYI this not not 3 * hotel but judt 1* "
