"First, this is not a hotel. It's a property operated by the owner. So it doesn't have those hotel facilities. The property is located inside the West Lake (Xihu) scenery district. So it's quiet and walking distance to those West Lake must-see places. The owner is very friendly."

"It was a good experience, all the staff including frontdesk, cleaning and restaurant were very helpful. The room was clean with good facilities, free laundry services (4 washing and 4 dry machines).
