Room was very clean and breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Had an awesome one night stay here. Clean, friendly team, all that we needed in the room, great location, and easy access to the bus system. Loved the town! Quaint, fun shops, nice people. The baked items at the Friday market are the bomb!

The hotel was wonderful. It was very comfortable and in a quiet location. The check in was contact-less, which was a bit confusing for me, but worked out well. Parking was a bit difficult as there are limited spaces in front of the hotel. There is additional parking down by the river but we did not realize this when first getting there. We traveled by car from Trier to Konlenz. This was our 3rd stay. By far the best. It is outside town but the facility and view was the best!

Wonderful experience! Our only regret is only staying one night. Gorgeous setting and great wine. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night at this nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice, it seemed everybody spoke english. The room was clean and comfortable, not terribly luxurious but overall a good value for the money. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent.

What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. The breakfast was beautifully displayed, included many special foods we’ve not encountered at other hotels and was delicious. The plentiful free parking made this stay easy and quite a value. The staff and breakfast buffet were wonderful. A short walk to the river and lovely scenery all around. It was nice having a balcony off the room.

This is a lovely, beautiful, sparkling hotel. The restaurant is great. Dinner was a bit of a surprise as there's a distinct Asian touch to many dishes. The breakfast buffet is one of the most extensive I've seen. The rooms are huge, bathroom large, everything is clean and stylish. I especially liked the common lounge area with chairs and honor wine bar. It's in a small town away from the Mosel, but looks out to the vineyards on the hillside. Staff is great. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is very cute and clean, The village is very cute as well. Getting to Bad Bertrich is a little difficult if you don't pay close attention to road signs and directions. The street that the Hotel is on is very tiny. Being from America, I am used to wider streets. With that said, it was a fantastic experience and would totally visit again if I return to this part of Germany.

The hotel is well located and the room was very nice with a good size. The staff was always very welcoming and helpful without hesitation. I would definitely repeat.
