"Our 3 day stay was great and the room was so comfortable. We felt safe at this spot and the hostess was available by phone with answers to any question. Place is a good value, near the metro and we enjoyed nearby restaurants."
"Excellent stay. Very nice room on the rooftop and good price. The staff was generous and welcoming. Close to the metro station and Roma Termini. Would definitely recommend."
"We had two nights in Rome and the hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. The location was nice in being walking distance to the pantheon and fountain of Trevi but very touristy area."
"Everything was great, good location. Brilliant service. Ace from reception was fantastic. Lovely member of staff, loved having a conversation with him. Thanks for your service."
"A perfect location close to the Central Train station, Roma Termini. Very helpful staff with smiles, Great breakfast with lots of variety. Good sized room with excellent air conditioning. Good locale for walking or taking transit to explore Rome."

If museums are on your list of things to see, you might want to browse the collections at Museum of Comparative Anatomy "B. Grassi" in Nomentano. Our travelers also love the stunning churches, art galleries, and cathedral in the area. If you want to see more of the museums in Rome, National Museum of Rome - Baths of Diocletian isn't far either.

I am very satisfied with the hotel, everything is good: nice and spacious room, friendly staff, strong wifi, very near the metro station (Policlinico), etc.
The only difficulty when I first came was finding it since it was in a big building together with other companies/organizations, so you don't expect seeing a big sign/banner with "Astoria Palace" on it. Just go to the exact address and it is there !
For me, it is the best place to be close to the train station, subway, and bus to move wherever I want to go. Clean, beautiful, delicious breakfast. Perfect
This place was so great to stay at. I felt safe and taken care of. It was such a luxury place to stay at. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk and the other places were just a short taxi ride away
Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. Special thank you to Sabina who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a warm smile. Her service was magnificent! By the way breakfast choices were excellent, they even had many vegan choices .Desk staff Andrea & Francesco were very friendly & always gave a warm greeting .Francesco who helped us with our bags gave...
Second stay at Hotel Quirinale. Beautiful old Italian style. Big rooms, comfy beds, nice bath, lovely restaurant downstairs, big lobby for drinks, huge breakfast, garden views.
Staff was really helpful, and the hotel was exactly what we expected it to be--not fancy but safe, quiet, affordable, clean, and reasonably convenient. We were able to park on street near the hotel, and there are garages nearby, which is a plus if you have a rental and want to stash it somewhere rather than driving in Rome. It's a family-run European hotel so expect some stuff like them wanting to hold keys at the desk and keep tabs on your coming and going a bit. It's probably not the place...
Very good hotel with free laundry room, a section with pool and ping pong tables. Restaurant was actually good. Also there is a walking section with lounge tables that was nice
Felt safe in the hotel. Only drawback is the area around the hotel is not nice so we usually took taxis. However I recommend this hotel.
My husband and I recently visited Rome and had planned our trip on our own. Our research paid off with this hotel! The hotel was clean and modern, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and the furnishings were nice. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. They never acted like we were bothering them with any of our questions. They helped us out with restaurant reservations as well as mapping our destinations for us and helping us figure out which bus to take. The hotel is...
The staff and hotel is everything you need in Europe. It is not an American hotel. If that is your expectation stay in the states and stop trying to Americanize your experience. Breakfast is different it is European. Same as my travels in Scandavian countries. If your able to embrace Europe this is best hotel for the money. Transportation is easily accessible and staff helps you navigate the city. Your experience is what you make it. Ours with my two teenage boys was fantastic.
The staff was all friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable. The hotel was walkable to most all attractions and sites. It was in a quiet and safe area by the American embassy. The rooftop garden patio was a wonderful place to relax day and night with scenic views of the Vatican and city. A great escape from crowded, noisy streets. I will gladly stay here again. It was close to the train station for easy access to and from ports, destinations, and airports.
