"There was some cracks on the sink. Not an issue for us. Hotel was quite a distance from Domestic side of Soekarno airport. It is nearer to International side. I like this hotel. It was clean. Water from the shower goes hot and cold. Even after temperature was set as lukewarm, it still changes between hot and cold. Going to PIK from the hotel takes only 30 mins which is rare for Jkt."
"The hotel was placed in a strategic location between Grand Indo, Plaza Indo and Thamrin City. So it was convenient to go to these places just by walking. The hotel does need a bit of uplifting as some of the furnitures and fixtures are worn out. The Ascott team also made an effort to decorate the mirror for birthday celebrationc which was lovely. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."
