The staff were very accommodating with all our requests and always friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
One thing to note is that there is a mosque nearby, so you can hear the call to prayer around 5am. However, this seems to be common across the island, not just this hotel. If you are a light sleeper, I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs.
