"Lovely stay at Massimi city garden hotel. On check in the receptionist Vaseli (sorry if name incorrect) was so welcoming and very informative. He gave excellent directions around the city for us with it being our first time in Rome and also recommended a lovely restaurant for food. The hotel was clean, modern and the beds are very comfortable. Nothing was too much, free shuttle to metro was great and the breakfast is lovely! Would definitely recommend staying here, can not fault anything! "

"I was able to check in early upon arrival. Location was very clean, secure and quiet, which was a huge plus. I traveled alone as this was my first visit to Rome. Very convenient to shops, cafes and restaurants all within a 5-10 minute walk. Valeria was an excellent hostess as she was very friendly with many suggestions for cafes and restaurants. Yes, I would certainly stay at this location again “when in Rome”."

"Perfect location. Close to Vatican and Vatican museums. Walking distance to metro. Staff was in communication and available for questions. Very helpful, especially Giorgia. Room was clean and kitchen supplied with all necessary equipment to cook. We will stay there our next visit to Rome! "

"Everything was great! The room was very pretty. They offer a simple breakfast each more with easy grab and go options. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Vatican and 15 minutes to the Metro. Located in a lovel neighbourhood with great restaurants. "

"Would’ve appreciated if they informed us that the air conditioning was not working. We needed to open the window and that was a bother because of the noisy traffic. The beddings were also questionable as they had an unpleasant odor. We checked out after the first day. Look elsewhere! "

Nothing new that staff is not there all day, but when I arrived they were right behind me to give me keys and pay tourist tax. Friendly staff and clean room. Perfect for the night. "

"Good value for money, helpful staff, exactly as described and shown on the website and only a short walk to Vatican City. A bit hard to find for a first-time traveller because it's on the fourth floor of a bank building with no obvious signage and no reception area, but the guy who answered the phone spoke perfect English and gave clear directions."
