We originally booked at another hotel and stuck it out for two days until enough was enough. Constance Prince Maurice was a breath of fresh air and just the kind of pampering vacation we were hoping for when we booked a trip to Mauritius. The hotel has a modern feel and is maintained really well. There are enough swimming pools throughout the hotel. There is enough room and shade at all of the beaches. The rooms are really comfortable and well insulated from any outside noise. The room has a basic mini bar that is stocked every day. If the option is available, the upgrade to the all inclusive package is the way to go. Our best meal was definitely at the Beach Restaurant - a la Carte

Fabulous location, amazing food, lovely room and amenities, relaxing atmosphere. Staff generally very friendly, very helpful and very hospitable (except the boathouse staff who were nonchalant and non engaging)

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and amazing food!

The service at this resort is impeccable. Every aspect is luxury from the rooftop pool to the beautiful beach. There is an abundance of loungers and while some people put out towels at sunrise, it was unnecessary as we never had a problem finding a longer at any time of day. This might not be the resort for you if you have children that would like to be entertained but as a couple enjoying a romantic getaway this was exactly what we were looking for. I booked a weekend there for my birthday while I was visiting Mauritius from the US. The staff was fantastic and welcomed us with all the bells and whistles. The amenities were great, the food was fantastic. Many of the amenities are free such as the spa and water activities.

Stunning setting. Junior suite had three balconies. A bit distant from attractions on the island, but the locals said the weather was better in that part of the island.

Karine, la gérante ainsi que toute son équipe, le sourire aux lèvres, nous ont très bien accueillies ! Tout était propre et parfait pour passer un merveilleux séjour. La piscine est accessible 24h/24, le petit déjeuner est très bon, et s’il on souhaite des œuf brouillés avec saucisse on rajoute 100 roupies par repas. Il y a aussi 2 vélos qu’elle prête à la journée. La chambre était bien isolée et la climatisation fonctionnait très bien ce qui est un +. Je recommande absolument !

I couldn't find out any demerit of Voile Bleue. Perfect place to rest and spend vacation. Beautiful seashore, kind people, exciting events, delicious food... I should be back in this cozy place again whenever I visit Mauritius.

My wife and I travel frequently and have been fortunate enough to visit multiple islands in Hawaii, the Caribbean as well as enjoy fine hotels all Europe and the US. Until now I have never been impressed or moved enough to even take the time to write a review. The staff at SALT of Palmar is undoubtedly the greatest we have ever encountered.

Value for Money

This is the most idyllically suituated hotel on the North East coast of Mauritius and boasts a proud heritage in its many years of existence. Many of the guests are repeat visitors some as many as over the past 30 years and all are pleased to be here.
