It was great! Check in can be kind of confusing since the desk is on the second floor but the entrance is on the first floor, but we did it with little trouble or hassle. Coming from the states, we are so glad we stayed here. We were looking for a local hotel and not a big name hotel. This was perfect. The people who work here are so helpful. Very comfortable, clean and accommodating unit. Very close to metro station, good food and shopping. Busan is very spread out and it takes a while to get to many activities because of their being several bays. It is beautiful but make sure you give yourself enough time to see everything you might enjoy.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a memorable stay. They were very thorough. We felt so welcomed. We were sent directions/map on how to get to the hotel once we booked our room. It was very helpful. We also tried some of the nearby restaurants recommended by the hotel and the food was delicious. There is also a washing machine/dryer on the second floor. Overall, we had a great time. I would stay at this hotel again.
Room was spacious, and clean. Bed was comfortable with queen size but would have been nice if king, however rare to get. Continental breakfast was fine and a good morning start. We had a little trouble locating the hotel as were other Browndots. Seomyeon Location was nice, and near Lotte department store, restaurants , convenient stores and subway stations. The hotel rate was reasonable and I would stay there again. Gimhae airport was about 30 mins away by taxi off hours.
