"To start, the staff greeted us as we arrived and collected our luggage to bring inside for an early check in. All the staff was so knowledgeable about the city and provided a detailed map with things to do and areas to explore. The breakfast spread was outstanding with a plethora of fresh meats and cheeses, fruits, veggies and pastries. And delicious made to order coffees! "Great hotel with super helpful staff. The pool is fantastic and you can’t beat the views. Make sure you head down past the pool on the right to sit in the swing that’s underneath heart shaped vines and look out over the bay. The staff was awesome and helped us arrange transport to the hotel and a last minute transfer all the way the Napoli airport. We will be staying here again when we bring the kids back in 2 years."
