The location is excellent, well placed for getting around and with plenty of options close by, which made the whole stay easy and stress-free. The gym was another highlight. It was well equipped and a great way to keep up my routine while travelling. Overall, this is a great choice for a comfortable stay with attentive service and good facilities in a convenient spot. "This is the best hotel in all of Kenya. And that’s not an understatement and yes, I’ve been to hotels all over Kenya for the last 11 years. Maybe there is a hotel that is drastically nicer and more luxurious up in the Masai Mara like the other JW Marriott in that location that’s $5000 a night or the Ritz Carlton in that area for $5000 a night but for 150-600 USD a night in Nairobi there is nothing better. The quality of the food the furnishings, pool, and all of its many other features is unparalleled. The Hyatt Regency might have a nicer gym, but the JW Marriott is superior in every other way."
