"Is great location. Right in heart of London. Easy walk to anything. Downside is have to heep water in sink or ypu get tp smell sewer gas, old plumbing. Sleeping on a mattress is very different, no beds just .mattress on floor. If you can't get up off floor will not be good, lol. Staff helpful and friendly."

I had a lovely big bed and a TV which made the stay very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The staff were also very kind and professional and kept my luggage for me before I was able to check in and after I had checked out."

Really loved this hotel. Great concept - very comfortable. I've never heard so many positive comments from guests checking out. Incredibly comfortable even despite the heatwave. Only issue was in the lobby. Hot weather seems to have dried out some of the sink drains so was a strong odor of sewer gases each evening. Got better as the evening went on.
We had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay at 41. We felt pampered from the minute that we entered 41. Extremely impressed with the whole experience. The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again
Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.
This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.
Gorgeous property which seems recently remodeled. Excellent location near Earl's Court tube station. The hotel and room was gorgeous. We had the interior room with no windows - A104. It is a very small room. My husband and I were a bit cramped but the nice big kind bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent.
Disappointed there is not a lobby area with a bathroom, and breakfast is not served.
