"Another beautiful week @Parador Hotel. My room with mountain views, peaceful early morning walks @ sunrise around Teide before the coach loads arrived. Perfect blue skies, warm days enhanced my stay. The evening meal in the restaurant was very tasty, staff generally very friendly. There is a swimming pool though my main reasons to stay there again are the amazing and peaceful walks and beautiful scenery allowing great photography. Parador hotels generally seem to be in idyllic locations. "

"Incredible place. Took our two year old and everything was just effortless. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the villas, the pools, the breakfasts. We’re going to miss it! Incredibly relaxing. It’s not the cheapest place to stay in Tenerife it’s excellent value considering the quality of the accommodation and the facilities. They have a free shuttle that takes you down to the beach so you don’t need to think about parking, they even give you beach towels. That’s our second time visiting...

Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

"I like the hotel and so do my sons this is the second time we’ve stayed there and it’s great. The hotel is great, has lots of facilities and the staff try to attend to everyone as best they can. It just doesn’t feel quite as luxurious as it should for the price. Dirty or not enough glasses for serving drinks, lunch/dinner food can get a bit bland and boring. But there are choices and that makes up for it, and also understandable when catering for a wide and varied customer base. The pools are great although it’s a fight for loungers in the morning. Service at the pools and bars could be better but the staff work very hard so can’t complain too much. It might be different as a couple or adults only, and like I say it’s good just not great or excellent."

"Fantastic stay. Most relaxed holiday - beach/pool, eat, sleep and repeat. Loved the location - can easily walk to los cristianos old town one way, and las americas and beyond the other. we had a room overlooking the beach - sunbeds only 6 euros - and excellent beach restaurant - which was perfect. Connected rooms a bonus. Rooms Cleaned every day. Lovely pool - with new towels every day. Hotel pool bar with nice and reasonable menu. Breakfast in the morning accompanied by a pianist was delightful - so much choice. Every member of staff was lovely. Can get a taxi for about 10 euros to get between places, ie Del duque / fanabe. Restaurant recommendations: Essenza - 30 min walk - best views, arrive before sunseet. Oro di Napoli - los Cristianos old town - the best pizzas (and cheap!). Limonella - Italian - book in advance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The hotel was lovely and the staff members were vwry friendly however, the amenities for the kids were lacking. There was no soft play area as shown in the images on your website therefore it left my small kids with no entertainment. The games room was also subpar as the arcade games was not working. Apart from those things mentioned the hotel is lovely, Kevin the pool attendant was lovely, and tall the concierge staff."

"Roca Nirvana is a great hotel. The rooms are among the finest we’ve stayed in for a family holiday, and the food and pools are fantastic. However, the entire experience is let down by overly rigid, finicky rules. Getting drinks is... annoying. You only get two keycards; one must stay in the room for power, leaving just one for a family. Since the bar strictly requires scanning a card to order you cannot simply grab a drink without thinking, where is my card? Someone else taken it to another pool? Forgot your card? back you go! Other policies are equally baffling. All-Inclusive guests must pay extra for the poolside à la carte, the ONLY place for AI to eat lunch is at the main restaurant. The kids' mini-disco is awkwardly timed at 6:00 PM when you want to shower and get ready for dinner. A large adults-only area unnecessarily cramps the buffet during peak family holidays with barely anyone in it. Some rules are baffling. I moved a chair to sit my wife and daughter during breakfast. I was told to sit somewhere else by the staff as the tables were two people only?! The pool doesn't open until 10 and closes at 6. However you cant get towels until that point. So you have a choice, carry 2 towels per person to and from your room, or wait until 10 to get fresh ones. If you stay at the pool until 6, no chance to swap back. The open hut should be open from 9.45 to 6.15 to make things easier. It is a lovely property, but full of small annoyances which irritate over a holiday."
