"Westin Josun was brilliant - the staff impeccable - our room was a great size, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Located in such a an excellent area - shopping and night market street food located just behind the hotel. The bus from the airport stops at the hotel making it a great transport option - door to door."

"Fantastic hotel. Absolutely excellent service and staff. Wonderful room with Namsan Tower view. Rooftop bar is gorgeous. Elegant, sophisticated, classy."

"Perfect for solo travellers! I honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect hotel for my first solo trip to Seoul. The staff were immediately welcoming and spoke perfect English. The hotel is located right in the heart of Myeongdong and as soon as you arrive, the atmosphere is vibrant. Everything is really close by and easy to navigate. The rooms were much larger than expected and it seems the staff really go the extra mile to make sure guests have a c"

"Staff was helpful, hotel and rooms were clean. Would recommend"

"Ideal location for exploring Insadong and getting to the subway to the rest of the city. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning much appreciated during the hot and humid July days. Would definitely stay here again."

"The roof top area was a lovely space to relax at the end of the day. The hotel had an abundance of umbrellas available to borrow for a brief period of rain. The location was ideal for walking to shopping and restaurants."

"Location very good but come to a cost of noise from the area. I need to sleep with earplugs every night. Room small but ok. Free coffee and bread in lobby. Restaurants and bar every where outside the hotel. Very easy subway transportion from airport and to attraction"

"Terrific convenient location. Great breakfast buffet. Very clean. Nice downtown views. Small but comfortable room."

"Excellent location for tourists. Room was small but very clean"

"My home away from home. Great for large families and super clean. The indoor pool and sauna was a plus. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well. It’s conveniently located near a coffee bean and in the cutest neighborhood. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."

"Room felt clean, but old and lot of wear and tear. Not what we expected from Lotte brand hotels. Breakfast was huge but not much western options. Location was great for shopping, sightseeing and local food. I doubt we will come back here."

"Ok, locatin ok, but not best place for sightseeng"

"Very clean, convenient hotel, super close proximity to Myeongdong. They even had a free laundry machines! Highly recommend."

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was helpful and nice. Room was clean and spacious. Very happy with the location. Not on the busy Myeongdong street, but close enough to all the main attractions. Located right outside was hop on/off bus and airport limousine bus stop. In-between 2 metro stations stops. We also enjoyed the communal kitchen with different food options and use of laundry facilities for free. I would suggest an additional food option available for vegetarian/vegan; perhaps oatmeal...

"Our stay was amazing and the view was lovely, would defo come back and we are satisfied"

"Hotel was located in a central place but not near the train station. The rooms are quite small but the bathroom was nice. Breakfast was very ordinary and nothing that stood out. Overall the hotel is ok for a couple of nights only."

"Great location, central, walking distance from many attractions and right in front of a trainstation. Well decorated, hip young vibe, has everything you'd need for a week in Seoul."
