"The only draw back is that even though the bathrooms have a good size, the shower are minuscule. It is almost impossible for an average size person shower without hitting the sides or the faucet. "
"Staff at front desk were nice & spoke english. The rest of the staff no english, breakfast was 1/10, no subtitles for the tv so could not watch anything. Room was a decent size, bed was lumpy and hard as well as the pillows, so hard to sleep. Good street in recoleta. Overall 5/10"
"This property is almost perfect! The location, room, breakfast and amenities were excellent. Staff were attentive and friendly. Security was very good and the value for money was very good. We stayed for a few days before a cruise and the accessibility to the port by Uber/taxi was very close.
The only minor issue we had is a hard one to fix. The noise between rooms and hallway could be a bit of an issue for some. You could hear every word spoken in the adjacent rooms. The sound would resonate through the walls and ductwork all the time. So, if you’re not comfortable with “neighbour noise” this could be a problem.
All in all, it’s great value for my money and we will be back again! "
"We stayed at thus hotel 15 years ago. The age is showing. Whike still nice it isn't up to the standards i expected. Also, be aware that the pillows are terrible. I woke up throughout the night and had a terrible back ache each morning. "
