Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. Still at ILUM as I write this review. It's been an amazing stay, filled with courteous & thoughtful service all the way from the front desk, to room staff, to breakfast coordinator, to general manager's personalized attention. Was walking distance to hop on off bus and shopping.

This was a great find. Location was excellent with many eateries and sights close by. Minutes from the theater district. Safe area to walk at night. The service by the hotel staff is second to NONE.

We loved our stay at Krista Boutique Hotel!! The location is central to many walkable sites, great cafes and restaurants. We used the taxi service offered by the hotel when we landed and it was seamless. We also took advantage of massages by Da’hiana and Sabastian and they were the best we’ve had. The breakfast offering was delicious and the evening cocktail was a worderful way to relax for the evening before the evening explorations began. Truly a wonderful experience all the way around.

Excellent hotel, clean, modern, staff very friendly.

The staff welcomed our group of 6 and escorted each of us to our suites and rooms. The ladies made sure the AC was working properly, informed us about the lights, and showed us the hospitality living room complete with snacks each afternoon. The bed linens and thick towels were amazing as well as comfortable mattresses and pillows. I enjoyed the roof top jacuzzi each day and sitting in the deck. This place was quite convenient as it was located within walking distance of many restaurants…also property has free parking. Staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions-also recommended taxi tours to the waterfalls and Cuidad Del Este—would definitely recommend and will return to this establishment…

Excellent hotel. Facilities were great all over, clean and convenient. Stayed for only one night but it was a restful one, will definitely come back.

We only stayed one night but we had a very nice stay. The room was modern and clean. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was excellent! The best hotel breakfast we've had in Argentina. The made to order omelet was delicious.

Very good stay, would recommend!

Amazing room but make sure you get the A/C on immediately! The area is hot and humid and you want to come the a room that's just fresh. The breakfast buffet was awesome and every member of my family had a wonderful time! Cheers to the super awesome pool and bar!
