"Personal excelente. Muy amable. Los cuartos tienen aire de poca capacidad para el tamaño del cuarto. Por ende no enfrían bien. Los cuartos les hace falta espejo. Solo tienen espejo en el lavamanos. Bastante accesible la propiedad."

I stayed at this hotel from May 13 to May 23. Beautiful hotel. The staff was super helpful big up to the waitress great lady. Big up to the front deck people everything went well.
Cons:
I had to ask for soap to take a shower, and they charge me for the shuttle which was advertised to be free. The breakfast was also basic.
Overall, it was a very nice location, near to the shopping mall and very safe location."
