"Everything, room, amenities, service and staff was perfect."

"Love staying here staff and restaurant are great"

"The wifi wasn’t working, but it was well connected to the city center. They let us make a late checkin (because of our late flight), and our surprised wss that they have karaoke night (at least during the weekend), was so nice to take there a beer (quite more cheap than in the center city) while listening to people singing good songs. Just to add, the staff was really nice."

"Great stay, breakfast was superb and parking was really easy"

"Good location, lovely bar and breakfasts, quiet rooms and just right for city break."

"As always, a really relaxing stay. We had a very warm welcome, our room was very comfortable with extra little touches, e.g milk in the fridge, robe, slippers and toiletries. The breakfast was first class."

"Room was great, spacious with all amenities you need The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice & not overcrowded Location was the main reason for booking this hotel (Syphony Hall)"

"Lovely clean room, great staff and fab location!"

"Excellent find just 10 mins out of Birmingham city centre with easy and convenient links to it (plenty of buses or also Uber). The Town House is a somewhat non descript Victorian style house - similar to plenty others on the street- but inside is a real treat. Very clean, super well decorated, all amenities available, very quiet. The pub next door is also super cute and the food is excellent I will stay there again without hesitation."

"A lovely family stay. The hotel was clean, the resturant food was lovely with dietary requirements met and exceeded. The staff were really lovely and welcoming. The reception team were on hand to help us with any questions we had. My son really loved the stay. The room was tidy abd clean. We will be staying again!"

"Very clean, staff very polite and helpful. Comfortable stay, would recommend."

"My late arrival was no issue regarding checking in! Good food and beverage. The building is old and it shows, but still a comfortable climate in the room."
