"The communication was excellent. The staff booked a taxi for me and kept in close contact when we were arriving. The apartment is in a great location. We had room 6 which has a sauna and the spa bath and it was lovely. The room is noisy as it’s on a busy road but we had no issue sleeping. The hotel provide ear plugs for people if they want them. The room had a steamer, hair drier, hair curling tool and lots of other useful amenities. Great stay. Thank you."

"Very easy to find, the location was fantastic, close to local bus stops, on the door steps to the market and plenty of pizzeria’s around. Bed made up daily, even though there was a language barrier she tried her best and I was so grateful, so friendly, I would definitely recommend. I travelled as a solo female and felt extremely comfortable. The owner kept in contact via WhatsApp in English which was extremely helpful, before I arrived helped me check in. Highly recommend."

"The communication with the complex was excellent throughout the stay with very detailed video on how to access the apartment. Location was also excellent and much quieter than we expected. It’s worth having 10 cents for the lift especially when you have cases ."

"This bnb is a gem in the middle of Napoli. Teresa goes above and beyond. I never felt like home til I came to Napoli and stayed in the Blue Room. Fully updated, love the bed and bathroom and let’s not to mention the balconies. The room gave in so much light or with the blackout curtains as little light to sleep in. "There are a few popular coffee and sandwich shops within the same block. We felt very safe with the concierge in the building, small businesses and residents also in the building. Double glass windows and glass doors really blocked outside noise, but it’s in the city so you can’t control cars honking, etc. You also can’t control litter on the sidewalks either surrounding the building.
