The transfer of elevators was a little inconvenient. However, I appreciated when they allowed me to check in at 2pm when I showed the email informing me about that when their actual check in time as posted at the Front desk is 3pm.

This property was in the middle of Chinatown, right next to Binondo Church. Staff are amazing, from security guard, bellboys, front desk, to waiter. Each and everyone are happy to help. I will definitely come back here again.
My family had an amazing stay for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, and well organized. The staff are very accommodating and approachable during the stay. I highly recommend this hotel (City Gardens Suite Hotel Manila). We'll surely come back in here. Keep it up!
The room was excellent. Lot's of space and well equipped. The hot water was plentiful and the Internet was fast and reliable. The pool was very private and one of the best pools I have ever seen - it has tile along the bottom and sides.
The location is good being a few minutes walk to the Robinson's mall.

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.
Lobby was fully staffed with about 20 people urgently waiting to assist you with your needs. Room was very large and nice. A welcome plate with artisan chocolates and mini pastries where ready for me to enjoy on my coffee table. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel on your visit in Manilla. A++++
The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). You will be very happy with this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, it's close to the financial district, shopping malls, restaurants, mini marts, and the staff are superb. They are all really good but a special mention to the manager, Gabriel, Lester and Anna who really made the stay even more pleasurable.
Nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is a little pricey but worth it for the quality and variety of dishes. Beautiful decor but I’m not a gambler so the casino is a minus for me.
