Everything was good. Staff room

Great location, modern and clean hotel, breakfast was good, simple but good. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. A little noisy due to hockey team and dance competition kids staying there, but I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and looked newly remodeled. The whole property is well kept, and the lobby is full of plants and flowers, making it a welcoming place. The staff was accommodating of my late arrival and helped with directions and suggestions.

Beautiful little boutique room, delicious drip through morning coffee, lovely bathroom. Could have used another hook or two to hang things in the bathroom, and perhaps a place for luggage. Very quiet and comfortable bed.

Very clean and just as depicted in the pictures. It was further from Niagara Falls than we were expecting and there are very few businesses, restaurants, stores, etc near it. Staff were nice enough, but we called front desk twice (needed towels and WiFi password) and both times it took a very long time and several attempts for them to answer.

Great place. Staff is wonderful.

Loved watching the ships go through the locks from our balcony. Quiet. Nothing fancy place Walking path nearby

Room was clean. Have a restaurant on property but didn't get to utilize it because we had other plans. Woman at checkout was polite. The only drawback was having no elevators. Having to carry luggage up stairs was painful (having a torn rotator).

After arriving late at the motel, the owner accepted us in gracefully. He was understanding and polite.

June 10-12 and we wanted to stay longer but this was part of a Niagara trip. We love this resort, 100%. The staff were top notch customer service, the room was comfortable for 5 of us, the view was amazing and relaxing from the kitchen looking out to sitting at the fire pit to walking the beach and playing games. It was a down time so the resort was very quiet and peaceful. Everything was amazing, we just wished we booked or planned for more time. There is a cute town Port Colborne close by with...

Great place for the money, great location, everything was fine however the AC did not seem to work. We did not alert the staff but overall it was fine.

We were travelling from a far distance and this was an emergency trip. We foung this motel which more than met our needs. It was meticulously clean and the owner was very nice and pleasant. It was quiet and we agreed that we could stay there if travelling to the area again. It is not a fancy but we enjoyed the quiet as well. The motel sits away from town, but has a restaurant which unforutnately time worked against us and we did not use it, but it looked very inviting. There is also a gas...

Great place! It's a very peaceful spot and the river is truly lovely. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with everything in good working order. Dunnville is a nice little town too. I would absolutely stay here again.
