"Wow, this place is glorious. Spectacular views right on the water! Step right onto the Marginal Way! The grounds were lovely and the staff was very friendly and hard-working. The room was nicely furnished, comfortable, updated. I missed having a mini fridge and coffee maker, but there were beverages at the office and a lovely breakfast area."

"This property is uniquely positioned. It is close enough to downtown to make walking to shops and restaurants easy but far enough away so you don’t listen to the hustle and bustle from the street. Very short walk to the beach or the walkway to Perkins Cove. Definitely will try to stay there again the next time we go to Ogunquit "

"This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location and reasonable rates. A quick walk to the water and Lobster Pound is 2 doors down. This is a great home base if you like to be able to walk around. There is not much need to drive with so much in walking distance. We definitely stay here a 3rd time when we come back to the area. Also, they offer a quick and simply continental breakfast; coffee, tea, juice and yogurts, cereal, breads and pastries."

"We were able to check in a little early. Each room has a designated parking spot, and the Inn is walking distance to restaurants, shops, the beach, and Marginal Way. It’s about 1.5 miles from Perkins Cove, but it’s walkable and/or a short shuttle ride. Beautifully renovated, and great personalized service! "

Gardeners did a beautiful job there better than some places (shows they care). Pool and hot tub perfect too.
