Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel

"I found the Renaissance by accident as I wanted a hotel more central in Gulshan 2. I lucked out, as the Renaissance was an excellent hotel. The staff, were super accommodating and helpful, the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. The facilities, were clean, accessible and while the gym was a little small, it was perfect for what I wanted in the morning. The restaurants were great too, food options varied and everything I ate was tasty and well prepared. I never had any issues where I needed to wait for anything, everything was available straight away and with a smile. I will be returning here on my next trip and would recommend the Renaissance to anyone travelling into Dhaka."

"Decent room, but far from everything. Security was great, felt like vip with all the security there was, but that's also what killed the experience. Due to security and hotel rules additional guest were not allowed in room. I had family that wanted to visit, but the hotel staff said that the meetup can only happen in the lobby, no privacy. As wonderful that the hotel was, untill they can relax the security rules about guests, I will not be returning."

"The staff were extremely helpful. Room was very clean, modern and well Maintained. Breakfast was superb and well planned. It is very difficult to say which staff stands out as all are excellent. I particularly mention Tushu and Isha who were proactive in helping me."

"Exellent service at this hotel. Close to Male and Ferry station. The highlight of this hotel is value to what you paid in Maldives and excellent service. The staffs are amazing."

"Everything at the hotel was amazing, including the staff. However, both TVs in the living room and in the bedroom was horrible. Needed TV Internet was working or any streaming channels, including YouTube. I called maintenance workers to come fix it, but it was a total disaster. I was told by the staff at the hotel those TVs are 15+ years old. That is not a good look. At this point, they should throw those TVs away because it’s embarrassing."
