"Great place to end a London stay. Booked a room for the night before my morning flight to eliminate the stress of 5am journeys on trains to Gatwick and they were so welcoming. Hotel even has a 24/7 bar for travellers coming and going off-peak hours. Room was clean and comfortable, good sleep, I must have been on a quiet side of the hotel because it was not noisy at all. Great shower, good breakfast - with extra specialty items for everyone like vegan sausages if you prefer or cappucinos as well as all standard items hot and cold. Quite lovely hotel and super convenient. Connected to Westjet and Easyjet check in and bag drop through a little walkway. I was able to check my bag then go back for breakfast before I headed to departures."

"It’s everything we want when arriving or departing Gatwick North.The only area that concerns us is the restaurant where the food wasn’t as good as usual and breakfast was expensive unless you want the full English.Staff as usual very friendly and professional."

"Great location with OK rooms. Not fully functional elevator and a lot of stairs to the 4th floor. A bit strange and not very intuitive breakfast setup - with a mix of serving some guests while others prepared their own food in the same place. Should be more separate and more information about what to expect here. I would not call this a "lovely continental breakfast" - and the cleaning in the breakfast room was not up to the standards it should be."

"The room was clean tidy and comfy. Staff were brilliant, we arrived at midnight and the young man on duty made us a cup Of tea , just what was needed. I am just under 5ft, we laughed at me trying to get on the bed. Ideally could do with a small step to make it easier."

"I was very happy I paid extra for a Seaview room, the room was large and the view fantastic. Great location, right on the seafront, lovely and easy walk to either Brighton or Hove. My only concern was the bath/shower, it was an over the bath shower that was very narrow and slippery, I was very concerned about slipping."
