"Clean room, live the hot spring"

"I had everything I needed in a very nice, well kept setting. You need to bring your own coffee but you a have a coffee maker. The setting is very nice with a water stream in the backyard. My room looked at the water stream which was very nice. Communication was great. The price is reasonable and I felt it was a good quality/price report. Would stay here again! "

"This resort was amazing. The hotel staff were so friendly, we loved all of the pools, loved the spa and restaurants. The view of the volcano was amazing from our room. We celebrated our 25th anniversary here and it could not have been better. They upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of wine. The massage I had here was the best I’ve ever had. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was clean and everything are as shown in the pictures. Really love the surrounding with beautiful garden. The bungalow room is great, with privacy and big bathroom layout. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially shout out to Eric for his charms, kindness and patient. "

"Beautiful hotel in the rainforest! The grounds were immaculate and stunning, the rooms spacious and very clean. Hotel staff is wonderful, shout out to German at the pool bar! The food was excellent including the free breakfast buffet. Uber is super accessible and its a quick ride to downtown La Fortuna."
