"Had a balcony with a view over the sea and pier. Perfect location in Cocoa Beach - walk to the beach and restaurants, short drive to surf shops. Room was large and beds were very comfortable. Easy drive from Melbourne airport. Fish shack in hotel is great for food and drinks"
"I did a lot of research before booking and overall I was happy with our stay. Great location and the restaurants on site were good and reasonably priced! The staff was excellent and helpful. You do have to pay for umbrellas and chairs but they have the service right there.
If we were to come back, I would probably chose a location with balconies, several hotels had them on the beach but that is more of a personal preference.
The pool was small we didn’t use but it was always crowded."

"The room was spacious, clean and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. There was a walkway to the beach and the sunrise view over the ocean was amazing!! It was perfect if you like to walk the beach to collect shells or play in the waves. They have no designated hotel beach chairs on the beach but you can rent chairs and umbrellas from someone on the beach. They also had a nice pool that you could enjoy. The breakfast was very good. Had lots of choices ... eggs, sausage, cold cereals ,etc. The staff was very helpful."
