"The property is centrally located and it’s under renovation. As long as you stay in the renovated units you will have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers. "

I checked in very late and the receptionist upgraded my room to a suite, which I didn't ask for but just goes to show the high standard of service they provide. "Actually this property outshined my expectations. Booked 3 rooms on short notice with 2 colleagues. Had low expectations due to the excellent prices. Arrived at 10am planning to just drop our bags in the lobby due to the early arrival before going out for meetings. The gentleman at the reception immediately contacted housekeeping and arranged 3 rooms. Rooms are very modern and incredibly clean. Grest restaurant and also a cafe in the lobby. Really cant say enough positive things about this...

"i have been travelling to Riyadh for last 4 years and the first time trying Joudyan and i must say it wins hands down as the best hotel i have stayed in the city. great location for excellent restaurants in Tahlia St; ease of travel (relative) to airport and CBD. Room very comfortable. Nice pool; will try sauna next time InshAllah."
