"Staff are excellent as always. Great location beside Checkpoint Charlie. Only minutes away from public transport. Rooms spotlessly clean. We will be back!"
"Stayed for a weekend in Berlin. Fantastic location between Brandenburg Gate and Friedrichstraße. Lively hotel with comfortable rooms. Would recommend."
"Located at a very central location to the Berlin hbf, you can't go wrong with this hotel! The staff were amazing and helpful, room was impeccable and clean with mini fridge, blackout curtains and the bed was super cozy. All I really needed for my stay! 10/10"
"Great hotel. The room was clean. The shower was excellent, the water pressure and Rituals amenities were perfect. The parking gafage mayby was a bit expensive, but spacious enough for a city like Berlin. Last but not least; big choices at the buffet breakfast."
"Apartment hotel without a lobby but checking in was smooth. Spacey (a big plus traveling with kids), new and nice decorated (with modern design pieces) with balony and well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay."
"Minimal staff but good. Zaira in the front desk was courteous, professional, and very helpful to a travel-weary guest. Very close to the train station, and that was a boon. Would appreciate a couple more amenities in the bathroom. Recommend this place and will certainly stay there again."
"Excellent location, close to transit, food, and tourist attractions. Bag check let us enjoy a city walking tour between checkout and our evening connection."
"Perfect base for a trip to Berlin. Clean and comfortable rooms, the Calma M was very big and had lovely large windows. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants close by and right next to a tram stop and U bahn. Will definitely stay there again"
"Very good location and the staff was very helpful. The environment is very peaceful.
The hotel could need some upgrade and I do not rate this hotel 4 star."
"Location of the hotel is fantastic - foot distance to some attractions, others easily accessible with public transport.
Breakfast - marvelous, large and good quality selection.
Room was good but some improvements possible - eg some of bathroom amenities require maintenance.
A nice surprise was some add on’s for kids, like painting blocks, pencils, some little to-dos with a sweet gift at the end.
All together highly recommendable for a family stay in Berlin"

Everything was perfect.
There was one odd exception. We were 2 people in the room, 2 sinks in the bathroom, yet were rationed with one tube of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for our 3 day stay. When I left the used tube open to have them notice it is empty, they closed it and put it back for the next day. So I bought the toiletries I needed.
It was only on our last day that we were paid an evening visit by the staff to rearrange the bed, add a towel and a sweet.
My daughter...
Large room and bathroom.
Dinning room in seventh floor with large view, serving rich selection breakfast and 24 hours sandwiches and drinks !free of charge.
What I miss in the room: working table, wardrobe for close storage and functional light in bathroom.
This hotel is GREAT! the price is amazing for the level of excellence they deliver. Clean and perfect big rooms, comfy beds, great location, friendly staff, you name it.
This was a beautiful property and the staff were all very helpful. We wanted a hotel close to the transit system and a metro stop across the street fulfilled that need.
My family and I stayed here over Christmas and we were thrilled with the location! Easy access to the train, busses, and we never had a problem getting an Uber. We were surrounded by so many Christmas markets that were easy to walk to. There is also a really nice laundromat close by, and our room was always nicely put together when we returned at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed the location close to the many main attractions, and the train stop from main terminal. The hotel has the historical landmark like ambiance with baroque decor. Make sure to provide the hotel your CC number to get code to your key lockbox if you are checking in after hours. There are many cute neighborhood cafes offer breakfast. The hotel offers espresso and the pastries in the morning. It has cozy courtyard to sit and enjoy the outdoors. It is pretty quiet and you can rest well.
Very convenient hotel for access to main train station and for walking the major tourist sites around Berlin center. Room initially was st up for one person (comforter on Queen bed the size of twin and only 1 bath towel) - contacted the maid and she lterally ran to get us another comforter and extra towels. Nice bar area and courtyard sitting area. Breakfast was a little steep so we didn't partake but all you need is across the street at the train station... Huge mall there...
Great option if you don't need the extra frills, in a fantastic location. The hotel is solid and clean. Beds are comfy and there is good light in the room. Bathrooms are a bit small but neat, with good water pressure. Most importantly the hotel is in a fantastic location in Mitte, with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance, great for a business or leisure trip to Berlin.
I really enjoyed my stay here - it was only one night of my trip and I wished I had booked it for longer. I had a river view room, and it was probably one of my favorite hotel rooms and views I have ever had. The hotel staff was very helpful (and spoke excellent English as my German is lacking). The bed was comfortable, curtains blocked light well, and it was very quiet. My only confusion was that the master switch for the electricity was a big red switch on the wall that I was afraid might be...
