"The staff were very pleasant; the common area was spacious and very welcoming with many seating options. I believe it was not the norm, but our room was not swept before checking in- there was dust and hair on the floors. An over sight possibly. The bedding and bathroom were clean. This is an older hotel/ made hostel/ and provides affordable stays/ so keep that in mind when you think about hotel room decor and hall way carpets. Overall/ we enjoyed our stay."
"My son and I enjoyed our father son trip and his first visit to Europe. The hotel staff are very helpful however we chose this hotel because they offer a pool to latter learn it was separate charge and not for children."
"excellent location. Very close to the Grand-Place. There is also an underground car park next to the hotel if you are driving. Room clean with all amenities needed for a few days. As we visited in a heat wave the water filter machine just outside the lift was well used. All the staff were welcoming and helped with all our requests/questions without any fuss. Would definitely recommend."
"I loved my stay at ibis hotel! The location is so convenient and such a lively atmosphere to be in. As soon as you walk out there is so much going on and everything is such a short walk away! Grand Place and the airport is close by, as well as restaurants, shopping, and museums! I did not have to take any transit for the majority of my trip!
My room was nice, a good size for a solo traveller! It was clean and well kept throughout my stay.
The staff was very helpful and informative!
Would definitely recommend this place while staying in Brussels!"
