"Hotel occupies the upper floors of an office building. It's located in an area that is not overly crowded. It has complimentary self served washers and dryers for guests to use. Rooms are big with huge bathroom. Not far from Dongmen walking street."

"Staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Hotel was was you expect, clean and spacious. "

"Room kept very clean. Staff helpful and courteous. Acceptable selection of breakfast, and I especially love the cook-to-order soup noodle and wonton."

"Breakfast is good"

"I’ve stayed in this hotel many times before, but many years ago. It is in the help of all the shopping and eating, so the location is 10 out of 10. However, this time I decided to stay with them again. But the hotel is looking super rundown and the hallways and rooms smells like rotten egg. I unfortunately will not be staying at this hotel again."

"Beds are surprisingly clean and comfortable. I had a great experience staying there. Would definitely come back to this place if I come visit Shen Zhen again "

"拿房時給了最近電梯的房，要安靜點的都要加$，其他沒什么的"

"房間有霉味！"

"I got to the hotel and they claim I didn’t have a reservation. I had to argue with two front desk employees and even show them my reservation confirmation in my phone. They still didn’t believe me but eventually allowed me to check in. I requested a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. The room was ok but not very sound proof. The day I left there was a new girl in the desk and she was nice. I would not stay there again. "
