"It is a peaceful place to spend time in. No frills just nice seaview and the jetty for the ferry is right next to it. You hear the waves underneath all day all night. You have to like the sound of the sea to appreciate it. Rooms are big and clean, bed is very comfortable and again not frills. WiFi worked great. "Tasana Bar and Hotel was an excellent stay on Koh Lan! Even though it is very close to the port from Pattaya (don't forget the big ferry that only costs 40 baht!), the hotel sent a cart to pick us up with our luggage. The hotel is clean, spacious and luxurious with great views, water pressure and amenities. "The owner and the staff were excellent! The location is also great, you're pretty much on the center of the island. Walkable to and from the Pier but to really see the island is to get on a scooter and explore the many local restaurants and beaches on the island. I highly recommend staying at this awesome place!"

"Got surprised with scooter being given to us without being an extra fee, also they brought us back to the main village for our trip back. The place was clean and quiet. The bed was a little bit hard at first. Nice place, will probably go there again."
