"Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived and the driver dropped us across the street. The doorman rushed over and helped us across. He was there everyday and always welcomed us warmly. The breakfast was very nice and fresh. Very close to Ben Thanh markets but make sure that you check out the Ben Nhy food court/market around the corner. It is by far the best place to eat at in the area."

Building is old but has been beautifully renovated. Staff is very attentive and helpful. breakfast buffet on the G flr. has a wide variety of items and is very tasty, so it is a must-try."

"We booked this hotel based on photos of the hotel ads. Turns out it was a lie. Hotel was super dirty inside out. Rooms are filled with ants and coaches. We booked 5 rooms a week before our trip. Ended up waiting for over 2 hours just for them to figure out which room to put us in. Front desk attitude was bad. They tried to over charge when I needed another room. I show them the price on the app. They changed it to the price showed on hotel.com. We booked for 2 days and our family of 18 people...
