"This hotel was a great stop off, on our way to Rote. The hotel arranged taxis from the airport & to the port. Assisted with tickets to Rote for the fast ferry. The breakfast was great, so much choice & very fresh. For dinner we went to Taman Laut again 5 *****. We will be back. Loved the people 10/10."

When called for towels at 9 pm, they asked to wait until 10 pm due to unavailability of the towels. Twice, the water ran out because of shut electricity. "There is a blockage in the AC, before midnight water was poured down and wet the floor. I called reception and reported. Room key doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in. Has to go back downstairs again and get the key to go in. They moved us to the room with leaking tap. Water going down the wash basin every time we use.
