"Reasonable place for a one-two nights’ stay. The place is right in absolutely gorgeous downtown La Palma, restaurant is literally next door. Property is well maintained and clean. Kitchen is well stuffed. Beware, that closest parking is 7 min walk. Also, there is no reception, just an online instruction how to enter the property. It was OK, but after long-long day I wish there was someone at the reception who would have just given me a key to my room without the need to solve multiple puzzles....

With a rental car, this becomes very convenient to experience the local flavour that is available in and around the hotel as well as access the more touristy southern parts. We were both fit and it was exhausting to drag our luggage and belongings up the hill to the hotel. "Flat kept in poor state with blocked bathroom sink on arrival(given chemical to unblock andfixed) also the only window to outside broken amd not able to close resultimg in air con being of very limited helpmamd quite noisy particularly at night. Also sofa ded was extremely dirty and had a broken piece of metal sticking out which could have resulted inan injury. Walls in mediocre state with many stains and marks and linen ever changed in a 2 week stay despite requests( only towels after asking)...
