"Very tidy room and grounds in general. The park etc is so great for kids. Pool vicinity wasn't as clean as it could be but it was fine. 10 am is also quite an early check in. Have stayed here before and definitely will again. Perfect for families."

"Room was ok when we walked in but I opened a dresser drawer and there was a used bath towel with I don't even want to mention what I think it was. There was grease or coffee stains on the ceiling in the bathroom over the sink. Everything else was ok for one night but I think management needs to have a chat with their housekeeping staff to double check their work and make sure they do a better job in the rooms. Otherwise the complimentary breakfast looked good."

"Stay was very nice. Hotel was attractive and clean. The lobby, pool, room, everything was clean and well maintained and everything worked as it was supposed to, including the A/C, mini fridge, microwave, fireplace and jacuzzi. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Within walking distance to lakeshore and many activities. Parking was excellent. Close to entrance. Vehicle could be seen from room window. Across from highway so it was a bit noisy at times but good experience overall. Highly recommend this hotel."
